For centuries, baths have been adored for their therapeutic benefits and natural healing abilities. From battling a stressful day, PMS, or postpartum, setting up a healing bath instantly gives feelings of self-love, comfort, and a true sense of home.

Sitting in the tub provides obvious relaxation, warmth, and the release of muscle tension, but beyond that, it can help slow down racing thoughts and ease your mind into a flow state – impacting your sleep quality, blood sugar, metabolism, and work efficiency!

This week we want to introduce you to our latest bath time essentials from Dot & Lil. An heirloom-inspired, bath & body line made by hand in a Montréal atelier.

Inspired by great ladies of the past, the universe of flowers, and the beauty of tradition, Dot & Lil was founded in 2008 by Anne Dardick. Anne is obsessed with hot baths, design, fonts, and anything vintage or floral. After growing to be a team of 14, Dot & Lil products continue to be simple, effective, and uncomplicated- all finely crafted by hand.

Here at Anna’s, we’re thrilled to carry the following Dot & Lil products:

  • Bath Salts
  • Milk Baths
  • Sparkling Bath Cubes
