A festive find, the Wilma Goldcrest Cypress is the perfect tabletop Christmas tree. Adored by many for its narrow, upright form, and bright yellow-green needle-like foliage, it’s the fresh citrus smell that really won us over. This easy-to-grow container plant just might make your heart grow three sizes this holiday season.

Not winter hardy in most of Canada, this dwarf lemon Cypress makes for an interesting houseplant in a bright window.

Care & Maintenance for Wilma Goldcrest Cypress:

  • Light: Bright light (best in a bright window)
  • Soil: Keep soil moist
  • Water: Water regularly – drenching weekly, or more often in extreme dry/heat conditions. Not forgiving if forgotten about when it comes to water.
  • Temperatures: happiest in cool temperatures – low 60’s (15-16 C.) during winter
  • Height: 3-4′ max
  • Spread: 23″ max
  • Zone: 7-9
  • Maintenance: Turn the container regularly to give each side a turn at soaking up the sunlight. Height can be maintained with pruning.
